70 Days of Geocaching – Day 15

TEAM_CSG’s quest to fill in month/day combinations where we have never found a geocache.

Geocaching is an outdoor recreational activity, in which the participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS)receiver or mobile device and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called “geocaches” or “caches”, anywhere in the world. (Source: Wikipedia)

Cache found

Rose Roots Garden – Today’s trip brought me out to a community garden located in the Five Parks area of Arvada.  While in season, locals are able to plant crops  on a 15 ft by 15 ft plot they lease on an annual basis.  Future plans will have additional garden beds available, as well as fruit and nut trees.  More information is at the link here.  The cache is inside the grounds, be respectful of the work of this organization if you visit during the growing season.
