After issues getting the Firmware upgrade to take, we had a great flight at Long Lake regional Park in Arvada, Co
We say goodbye to our friends in the Revolution universe in this episode. Would season three have been good? Was this show on the wrong network? As Miles stated. “Get out of here you idiots”.
Will viewer campaigns give this show a life somewhere else. If we do see any type of continuing story, it will be in a written form rather then visual. The podcast will continue. We just would like to know what you would like us to tackle next.
Did the setup remind you of “The Stand”?
Stay tuned for more excitement in the world of JJ Abrams.

We come to the last episode before the series finale. Art and Karen admire all who are trying to get another network to pick it up, but it appears that per the previews for the next episode, there will be a conclusion. This fuels the theory that Art has had that the producers shot additional “Plan B” scenes for this scenario.
We get closure on the dead rats that we saw before the winter break. Just how many time to you have to brush your hair before you break the scalp? How will the show end? Will Aaron sacrifice Priscilla, for the good of the world? Will we have a final scene 15 years in a future where the power has returned?
Mustard gas fact sheet from the NJ Department of Health
All the networks had their share of cancellations this year. Revolution was one of the victims in the purge. With only two new episodes left, how will the show conclude? What did Eric Kripke pitch to NBC for season three?? Will the nanotech be the conclusion of this season?
Will another network pick this show up? We think it is unlikely.
What are your thoughts on the cancellation?

Alternate title for this episode – Miles and the terrible , horrible, no good, very bad day.
Miles has a bad day all around in this episode. How broken is Tom now that he knows Jason is dead. Who will pay for his lack of parenting skills. He never would be father of the year. Is a song by ‘Starship’ really the best music ever written? Will Aaron learn how to make cheese in time to save Priscilla?
Star Wars Ep VII to begin filming May 14
Revolution – UN Collaboration
Art was correcting the demise of Jason in this episode. Now that we have a four week break before the final four episodes, what can we expect ? We know that there will be a confrontation between Charlie and Tom. Will Aaron be able to free Priscilla? We we get the questions answered that Art has been proposing all season? Is the delay to allow the producers to come up with some type of conclusion prior to cancellation? Was the woman in the gun store creepy looking? If we get a season three, could we have a cameo from Jennifer Garner?
Revolution returns April 30
At recording time, a rumor had surfaced that Revolution would be off until April 16 from the original April 2. NBC has not confirmed this as yet, but we discuss why this may not be a bad thing.
A very brief discussion on the recent episode of Believe.
The old Monroe is back. We discover Gene has had some action after the death of his wife. We also discover that Charlie was named after her grandmother.
Two characters depart this week, one on and one off camera.
We have now had several episodes in a row where Charlie comments that She does not expect to be around long. A foretelling?
The preview for the next episode has the tagline: One of your favorites pays with their life. Who is it?? Our guesses:
Karen: Rachel, Charlie, Gene, Priscilla
Art: Gene, Connor, Jason
Or will it be someone else.
Revolution season finale set for 5/14/14
Karl Urban coming to Denver
Almost Human one of four Fox Shows undecided.
We spend a few minutes discussing NBC’s new show Believe. Karen likes this show better then Almost Human. Art is still out on this one, mainly because it reminds him too much of Fox’s show Touch. Art also believes that if this show could tie into the mythology of Fringe, it would be a winner.
Art also announces that he will be at the Denver Comic Con, and hopes for an interview with Karl Urban.
Now to Revolution. The two big questions from this episode are 1) Will Charlie be pregnant? 2) What is the deal with Priscilla and the nanites?
Revolution takes off with a bang after the Olympic break. In the first episode, we pay tribute to the classic film “Mad Max, Beyond Thunderdome”.
In the second episode, we enter a dream world that is a combination of Inception, The Matrix, and an episode of Falling Skies. We wonder how much Anheuser-Busch paid for a big product placement in this episode. We also feel this was needed as this has to have been the most expensive episode to date.
Need Insurance?? Here is the agency for you. The phone number works also.
Revolution Revealed episode on Dreamcatcher
With Art and Karen both out sick last week, we catch-up on the final two episodes of Almost Human, season one. While the season ended nicely, we missed any sort of cliffhanger. In fact, this episode was almost a farewell. Will the ratings be strong enough for renewal? With “The Following” getting a renewal, a show that had similar ratings, we are optimistic.
Article on Almost Human episode order
Episode order – from IMDB
1 Pilot (1)
2 Skin (5)
3 Are you Receiving?(6)
4 The Bends (7)
5 Blood Brothers (8)
6 Arrhythmia (3)
7 Simon Says (10)
8 You Are Here (2)
9 Unbound (9)
10 Perception (4)
11 Disrupt (11)
12 Beholder (12)
13 Straw Man (13)
“Disrupt” had a rating of 1.7 in the overnights. Will it be enough for a renewal?
If it wasn’t clear in prior episodes, Rudy is a complete pervert. Be careful when you go on vacation, your co-workers may start spreading stories about you.
I think we have the reveal of how season one will end. What will be the significance of the memory of the child in bed with the train? We had no dialog from any MX this week.
My, what big pupils you have.
Based on the previews last week, we had hoped that this episode would be Det. Stahl-centric. But, alas, the writers missed an opportunity. We suspected that this was another out-of -order episode, and one of our regular callers confirmed this. With all these disjointed episodes, we are not optimistic on renewal, even though this episode had a 1.6 rating, the best in several weeks. Art and Karen are looking forward to the day when we can have virtual post-it notes.
The question of the week is….. What is behind the Wall??
Sally Forth comic strip references Fringe
Leonard Nimoy announces he has COPD
We now think this is the last ‘out of order’ episode in the series. There were a lot of setups in this episode that were revealed in future episode (Sex bots, Kennex’s determining what childern should see) .
Gina Careno guests as Danica. John Larroquette appears as Dr. Nigel Vaughn. Will we see him before season end.
Karen was extremely frustrated with this episode. Art agreed, restating that the early episodes lacked something. Will it be enough to get a second season renewal?? Speaking of second season, we start to speculate what teh cliffhanger might be, and will we see an army of 500 Darian’s?
The next episode is Det. Stahl centric. Should be good.
Aaron gets some old time religion
Aaron gets a bit of that ol’ time religion in this last episode before the Winter Olympics.
Almost Human final five season one episodes through March 3. Bones moves back to Monday.
Is Charlie pregnant with Connor’s child? Is Rachel pregnant with Miles’s child? A whole lotta shaking goin’ on in this episode.
We were impressed that the Neville’s could travel from Washington DC to Texas in five days.
Doesn’t everyone know that the movie “The Notebook” is kryptonite for men? Nice recovery by Rachel naming “Evil Dead II” as an appropriate drive-in movie.
In the next episode, we do discover the secret of the nanites. Will the Olympic break be the nail in the coffin for Revolution?
Yes, there is a giant concrete statue of a cowboy. However, it is in a town between Lubbock and Amarillo.
Star Wars Episode VII script is complete!!
Rachel’s disguise fooled no one. Art and Karen debate whether those with chronic diseases should already be gone in this world. Did Julia strike a deal with Doyle to preserve her standing? Are we now done with Julia? Are we done with Gene? I guess Truman was not as clueless about the disease then we thought.
Art and Karen learn that Captain Trips is a reverence to the Stephen King novel “The Stand”
Bret Michaels makes a guest appearance on the next episode. Not very well advertised.
Joshua Jackson stars in new Showtime series
Oscar Nomintions for Gravity and Star Trek Into Darkness
All that was missing was Greg Evigan and Paul Riser in this episode Did Darius Rucker have an uncredited cameo? Charlie has had little to do in the last two episodes. It appears Priscilla was more then a trophy wife for Aaron. I guess we know what is now in the oranges, but does Truman Know? Will Julia be dead soon, the cost of wanting to maintain her standing?
Star Wars News
This is actually the second episode filmed. per EW magazine
Self guided bullets
Art made fun of Detective Stahal this week and was appropriately smacked by Karen. This episode had us scratching our heads over story continuity. Then we found an article that this was the second filmed episode, after the three week hiatus, we will have episode three. After that we should be on track. Rudy dropped hints to future episodes when talking about going undercover and sex bots.
Revolution returns with a bang. We discuss the irony of Mexico having a better economic standing than the US. What are they injecting into the oranges in Willoughby? Do it have anything to do with the document Jason was looking at in the White House? Will Mexico become the new Monroe Republic? Will we get to see the second largest ball of twine? Thanks for listening and we look forward to your feedback.
Ramon is not having a good day
NBC sets premiere date for Believe
Happy New Year for all of us at the podcast. Was Paul the hall monitor back in elementary school? During a rolling blackout, wouldn’t emergency services have priority on power? (We do in Denver) Will this show evolve into the Dorian and Rudy hour?
Has the internet evolved at all, or do we still have a medium where all can hide and be snarkey. Props to the 1910 Bubblegum company for the opening song. As always, thanks for listening and send us your feedback.
As Elton John and Kiki Dee once sang, “Don’t go breakin’ my heart”. We discover that WebMD and ObamaCare are still struggling in 35 years.
Almost Human Showrunner J.H. Wyman Addresses Concerns Over Episode Order
Insurance is still not widely available, and clinical work is now left to computers. Did two Dorian’s this week, “Double our pleasure”? Although the 494 stopped the rehabilitated robber, was he committing a crime anyway? will the Fringe actors Wyman mentions be new characters or older versions of the ones we love? Happy New Year from the folks at Mrs. Beasley Omnimedia.
Believe – show runner changes
This episode of Almost Human contains full-frontal nudity. Viewer discretion is advised.
We discuss if there will be a possible romance between Kennex and Stahal. Can robots be sex offenders? We should not have been surprised that Dorian was anatomically correct as he was the foundation for sexbots. Rudy will be the “Nurse Danko” of the series. Moldanado finally gets enough strong story time that we can see Lili Taylor act. Are the stories better when they have humor. Why are the MX models taking showers? Will Dorian and Kennex be sharing an apartment in the future and will we have a futuristic “Odd Couple”? Will a 1.9 weekly rating keep this show on the air? Should Fox have scheduled this instead of Brooklyn None-nine after the Super Bowl?
Rudy is looking stylin’ this week as he goes undercover to help John and Dorian.

After we finished the last episode, The show 60 minutes had a piece on Amazon and their proposed delivery by drone.
Never eat anything that screams at you. Art plays the theme song from “Sea Hunt”. Is Paul going to be the “Debbie Downer” of this show? Rudy no longer can keep a low profile after blowing his cover. We had a number of ’44 minute’ leaps in the story this week. Why haven’t they invented a gun that can make its own bullets? This episode was better then the last.
Art and Karen review the movie “Die Hard”. This episode was almost taken scene by scene from that holiday classic. All that was missing was “Yippie, kai yea” and Argile, the chauffeur. we tried to like this episode, but other than the Kennex and Dorian connection there is not a lot left compelling to this show. We try to figure out what would make this show better, but are not coming up with anything then having a “Fringe” guest star of the week. In the future, no one remembers Elton John. If Kennex’s leg needs to be charged nightly, we we have an episode where it runs out of power? Why do we not have self-driving cars? Is it safe to drive without a lid on your coffee cup? we explore these issues and more, send us your thoughts.
Revolution closes the fall season with a bang. Did we expect to see Julia rise from the ashes. Now off to Washington to get all they have wanted. Horn goes all extra crispy in this episode. We attache instructions to build your own mason jar lantern like the ones in the show. Is the AI really trying to understand all about their father? Will we see Aaron in Spring City? Will Miles be cured of his infection? When Aaron said to kill them all, why didn’t our heroes burn? Are all the patriots in Willoughby now dead? For your pleasure, a list of attractions that are balls of twine. How will Cynthia’s death effect Aaron? Happy Thanksgiving!!
Art and Karen review the first two episodes of Fox Networks”Almost Human” . Both agree the second episode was better then the first. Michael Ealy’s character Dorian will be the saving feature of this show. Lili Taylor’s character Moldonado will need a bit more horsepower in the next few weeks to be a viable. Are the three laws of robotics by Asimov in use on this show? What do you tell someone when another has died? Will you remember me? Why did Dorian set up an online dating profile for Kennex? Will the ratings be strong enough for Fox to order additional episodes? Why are the first uses of technology the military or adult entertainment?
Art has actually forgiven Aaron for walking out on his first wife after this episode. Cynthia had some nerve blaming him for killing her abusive husband. We briefly discuss the start of Almost Human. Will you be watching? Monroe had a light week after running off from protecting Aaron. A brief shoutout to ‘Ghostbusters’. We introduce a new Allenford and say goodbye to an old one. Nothing says love like shooting your wife for treason. Art calls it correctly about Jason. Rachel was willing to kill her father for the greater good. Gene asks the group if anyone ever did anything bad in trying to do the right thing. Next weeks episode will reveal ‘the mystery behind the power’. Is this the nanites, or the patriots? The Horn backstory makes him an almost sympathetic character. Who is now ‘extra crispy’ in the vault?
Art and Karen break down a wall ‘Kool-aid’ style on this episode of the podcast.
Star Wars Episode VII set for December 18, 2015 release
Rachel drugs Monroe at the request of Charlie. This is a great way to rebuild a mother/daughter relationship. Aaron seems to only be able to ‘extra crispy’ no more then two people at a time. Now that Gene is out as the leak, will we see him go out in a redemptive blaze of glory? Is Cynthia all done with Aaron now that she has seen his power? What was that white powder Dr. Horn placed in his glass of water? Is Horn the Caucasian Neville? With only two episode left until the winter break, what will the cliffhanger look like?
Karen is out for another week, but She will be back next week.
The tagline for this episode was “An end of an Era” But the question remains, “Is Monroe really dead?” With the way this episode concluded, I expect some type of revival.
Gene is the “mole”, did Rachel figure this out before the execution? When will we introduce Monroe’s son, now that we know the Miles has had him hidden all these years. We finally had the backstory on how Tom met Monroe. Will Tom be able to deprogram his son? Barry Tubb has guest stared the last two episodes as the Head Texas Ranger. Do we remember when he was Wolfman in Top Gun? Is the Neville/Allenford story line the weakest of this show? What can we expect the next three weeks as we lead up to the winter finale?
Art hosts the show solo as Karen is in Florida. Now we know why Art has a co-host.

The tagline for the next episode is “This is the end of an era” What does that mean?
The chattering teeth look in pretty good condition.
If the embrace between Miles and Charlie didn’t say “Father -Daughter”. I don’t Know what will.
Yes, Art did manage to find an opening song about patriots. OK, It was the New England Patriots.
We have feedback from Becky in Florida and King Arthur of the Britons.
Who can our heroes trust in the new world. “Every occupation needs a good resistance” – Miles. It looks like we will finally have a real “Revolution”. Will Aaron keep his sanity? Was Art the only one to notice Charlies facial expressions mirrored Miles’?
The disclaimer at the beginning of the show confused Art. What was intense in this episode that we have not seen in other episodes? Will it be Cynthia or Gene as the next embedded patriot? When will the ‘government’ find Ken? Did everyone notice the ‘wink wink’ between Neville and the Secretary on Cook being ‘transferred’? Remember to go to iTunes to provide feedback on this podcast. It will help with visibility.
A shoutout to the big movie of 1970 “Love Story” opens the show. “Love means never having to say you’re sorry”, but not in this episode. We discuss the love between Titus and Jessica, Miles and Rachel, and Aaron and Cynthia. Karen speculates a romance between Monroe and Charlie, while Art does a spittake on that one. Art thinks a bromance between Miles and Monroe is more likely. The tag line for the next episode is “The truth will come to light”.
We think this was the official good-bye to Kim Raver on Revolution, but she will reprise her role in 24 when it returns to the Fox Network in summer 2014.
Why was Jessica being treated for renal failure in a men’s room? Is Aaron just an agnostic jew from Minnesota? Is the new US government really a front for the illuminati? In season one, did we see Flynn’s ring?
Sleepy Hollow renewed for season two

Brief review of Gravity
There was quite a bit of blood in this episode of Revolution. Some questions are partially answered, a many new ones are asked. Is it the Illuminati or al-qaeta that is taking control of America? What language was the copy of Penthouse written in? Is Revolution in ratings trouble? Is Aaron now the god of the nanites? We give a brief review of Gravity. Also a new segment named “Six Degrees of JJ Abrams”. Thanks for your support.
Revolution returns for season two and moves in a variety of directions. By our count, we have at least four story lines that were started in this episode. What are your expectations for this season? Have the nanites evolved? Do they view Aaron as their leader? What was Miles doing in the shed?

Well… we have reached the end of the season, and Randall really went out with a bang! Did the season ending cliffhangers work for you? Will the solution the the ICBM’s be to reactivate the nanites. As Karen predicted, Nora bit the dust in this episode. Art already knew she had the lead in a new series named S.I.L.A slated for 2014. Who will play the President of the United States in season 2? Is there still a possibility of a Monroe/Miles reconciliation? Did anyone notice the small child with Prescilla? Yea, we met Leo Laporte today at his studios in Peteluma, CA.
What shows or films Of JJ Abrams would you like us to review this summer? Let us know!!!
EVERYONE HAS BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS IN THIS EPISODE!!
It is just another Monday as we come into the home stretch for season one of Revolution. to date, the most bloodiest episodes, even if most of it was CGI. Art and Karen give many thoughts and theories on how season one will end, and speculate about season two. Aaron gets all the best lines tonight. Getting one up on Neville.

This week, Art and Karen review the latest from NBC’s show Revolution titled “Clue”. The season looks like it will finish at the Tower, but what will the cliffhanger be? How will Miles and company find the tower now that Sanborn is dead? Should Nora have recovered so quickly from her torture?
It was Miss Scarlet in the kitchen with a rope.
Will we find Rachel dead at the start of the next episode, or is the grenade a dud? Who are the group watching Flynn and Monroe on the monitor? Should Charlie be mad at Jason because he would bargain Miles’ life for her safety? When Neville removed his weapons, did it remind you of a scene in “The Naked Gun” where George Kennedy empties his pockets of many weapons?

Art and Karen walk through the recent Revolution episode “The Longest Day”. Monroe kills the last of his friends. Does he now realize his mistakes and will we see a new Monroe? Art and Karen head “Home” for this weeks episode of Revolution. The past catches up with many of our heroes. Did Aaron really think all would be forgiven when he finds Priscilla? Once again Priscilla saves the day. At lease Aaron put up a better fight this time. Was this the close of Aaron/Priscilla story line? Was Emma not just sleeping with Monroe, but also with Miles? Will we need Maury Povich to find out who is the daddy? We almost go two episodes before we see Neville again, and he shows up in some mighty fine threads. We expect the Tom/Miles dynamic to make for some strange bedfellows. Did everyone let out a cheer when Miles shot Dixon. Will we see one of the two young actors who played Miles or Monroe again as the son?
Revolution revealed for episode Home. Post porduction video on what the writers were trying to get across on this episode.

From Danny’s funeral, to dissolving pendents, to Aaron finally getting to know everything. Art and Karen discuss the latest Revolution episode “Ghosts’. Are we done with the pendents? Did we have a continuity error over when Aaron first met Rachel. Art and Karen have a few continuity moments in this podcast. Does Monroe believe that Jason is really dead? Is Aaron losing weight or is his beard getting scraggly? Does Aaron now own the crossbow? At what point will Monroe, Flynn, and Neville but heads over the leadership of the republic. Is Miles having a Wizard of Oz moment in his search for the old gang? Is Ben Affleck the Governor of the California Republic.

Well…we have reached the mid season break for Revolution. Did it meet your expectations? What will we expect the second half of the season when the show returns on March 25th 2013? Was Rachel’s reaction to seeing Miles again a surprise? Was Charlie’s reaction to seeing Rachel a surprise? Was Aaron’s ability to like a fuse with a striker a surprise? Was Art’s impersonation of Don LaFontaine a surprise? Can we really expect our heroes to collect weapons as they become available? Could you imagine Charlie with a dozen rifles around her neck? We briefly discuss our plans during the hiatus, listener calls, laughing fits, and more…
Fringe reruns on Science Channel starting on 11/20. Link to schedule of episodes.
Art and Karen have a big disagreement on this episode. Art says it is the works episode of the series, and almost jumps the shark. Karen says this episode is critical to the setup of the fall finale. Did we get enough music of Led Zeppelin? Art questions how tunnels that long and large could run out of air so fast. Reed Diamond stars as the victim of the week. Has Rachel signed her own death warrant regardless of outcome of the amplifier? We discuss what the last scene of the fall finale will be.
Revolution on hiatus until March 2013.
On this episode of the rewind Podcast, we share with our fans of The Falling Skies Podcast. The main question we ask this week is, “Aaron, why do you not wear the pendent around your neck?” We discuss the tracking map at the end of the episode. How does Rachel get precision parts made in a non-technical world? Is Julia orchestrating a coo? Is Monroe paranoid or is everyone really out to get him. Will we see Mia again? A caller theorizes that Aaron would look better without his beard. Will Monroe teach the world to sing and buy them a coke? Will Jason fall in line now the Tom saved him?
Art and Karen discuss the latest from Revolution. Does Miles really have remorse over his actions as part of the Monroe Militia? Can Ewoks really be hairless and still be Ewoks? Why doesn’t Aaron keep the pendent in a safe place? Can running 20 steps really make you exhausted? Now that Charlie is branded, can she use it to her advantage? Who does Randall really work for? What will the winter cliffhanger look like? Let us know with the feed back options below.
In this episode, we briefly discuss Fringe and the death of Etta. How Olivia finally expressed love after five seasons.
However in this episode of Revolution, Art is completely frustrated with Aaron. He feels that his handling of his marriage was all wrong. All the characters have a revelation or growth during this episode. Is Drexler the ‘lite’ version of Tony Montana.? Just how bad was Miles during his time with Monroe? When someone mentions adrenaline, why is it always pure? We also hear from regular listener Arthur, King of the Britons.
Actress Kim Raver joins the cast as the wife of Tom Neville. We get the backstory of two of our characters. Nora takes another blade for the cause. Charlie needs to stop playing the family card. Jeff Fahey guest stars as a member of the resistance. Joe Biden is a codeword is the new world. Nate can climb like Spider-Man. Why did Miles refer to Nate as ‘Nipples’.
Join us as we attempt to answer these and other burning questions.
The beautiful dog is the one Aaron spoke about in this episode of Revolution titled “The Plague Dogs”. Karen has fallen in love with the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and is lobbying Art for a new friend. We discuss the backstory of Maggie and her departure from the series. we still don’t know Nate’s real name. Karen has issues with the Sebastian/Rachel dynamic. We talk about why if you get a chance to kill someone, you should take full advantage of it. Should Danny have known better on saving Tom? What is the real reason Rachel left the family to surrender to the Militia?
